Here are Some Customer Reviews about “The Permanent Pain Cure Book”
By Nicholas M. Evans –
The author has a detailed walk thru of back stretches to do to correct that (he even explains which ones to do if you are a desk worker)
I have implemented his water drinking recommendations, and the daily fish oil and that alone has cured most of my constant pains (sore tired back, achy knees, tired feet). Its funny how dehydration can cause so many pains. For me this book was worth hundreds of dollars in the knowledge I gained from it, and the pain it has saved me from. I hope this book becomes more well known because I think it would save so many people from so many daily aches and pains.
By Howard Naughton (Wilmington, DE USA) –
Book is priceless for the supplement and dietary recommendations alone. After about 2 weeks muscles began releasing when stretched. Feeling better now than I have in years
By Cynthia (Knoxville, TN) –
My physical therapist had me do a number of stretches from this book with great results. I finally decided to buy the book for myself. Had it not been for my therapist’s recommendation and my own success, I probably would have been skeptical of some of the techniques. But I am a believer now and have recommended it to many friends.
